Article published on PlosOne Journal (2024)

This has been my third scientific article published as first author (2^nd specific objective of my training plan). This achievement has greatly contributed to my development as a PhD student. It has allowed me to learn about the peer review process in a high impact journal, as well as to become aware of the importance of this process and the time it usually takes. On the other hand, now that I have finished the publication process, looking back from the theoretical approach, data collection, data analysis and writing, reviewing and publishing the article, I think I have a much better understanding of what is involved in doing scientific research from the beginning to the end, and what are the most important aspects to take into account at each stage.
