Lecture with a guest speaker at the Vapor Vell Library in Barcelona on sustainable proteins: Want to live well? Eat well!
This talk aimed to provide a forward-looking perspective on novel proteins and future dietary approaches. The event had an attendance of 38 people, and the discussion that followed among participants was highly engaging and insightful.
Competences: Ability to communicate with the academic and scientific community and with society in general about the areas of knowledge and the ways of terminology commonly used in the international scientific community.
Reflection on the learning undertaken: Prepare a presentation about some of the results obtained. And get feedback from other food group investors.
