Our publication, together with my co-authors José María Ruiz, Francesc Saigí-Rubió, and David Novillo-Ortiz, entitled The state of the art of telemedicine implementation architecture: a rapid umbrella review of systematic reviews, is being considered for publication in JMIR.  We are currently responding to peer review feedback and hope to submit the revisions shortly.  The findings of this study inform a pressing translational research knowledge gap in telemedicine implementation hindering the implementation of high-quality, sustainable and scalable telemedicine systems.
