Competences and reflection on the learning undertaken: The challenge: To develop an efficient and empathetic technological communication system that meets the needs of diverse family profiles in intensive care units (ICUs), ensuring that information is conveyed comprehensively and respectfully. Along with two more hackers, we won this challenge by proposing a unique solution that tackled the challenge’s goals.
