Reflection: Participating in the Therapy+ podcast was a valuable experience that allowed me to share my research on brain stimulation and mental health with a wider audience. It also challenged me to explain my work—using HD-tDCS and fNIRS to study cognitive control in depression—in a clear and simple way. This experience reinforced the importance of making complex scientific concepts accessible and engaging for everyone.
